Deep Tissue Massage

A firm-pressure massage which helps alleviate pain, muscle spasms, stress, inflammation, and tissue damage. Ideal for anyone with soft tissue problems that produce discomfort or pain. 

Swedish/Relaxation Massage

Long, slow, rythmic strokes are used in this full body massage treament. It relieves muscle tension, stimulates circulation, increases serotonin levels, improves muscle tone, and promotes total mind and body relaxation.

 

Trigger Point Therapy​

Trigger point therapy is a technique that involves the application of pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body. Ideal for treating sports injuries and automotive accidents.

 

Thai Yoga Massage​

A technique designed to hold the patient accountable for every stretch by taking the patient through a series of yoga positions. Ideal for active patients.  

Geriatric Massage

A form of massage designed to meet the specific needs of the elderly population. It involves the use of hands to manipulate the soft tissue of the body to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, and increase range of motion. Ideal for patients of the age 60 and over. 

Cranial Sacral Therapy

Is a gentle, noninvasive technique that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column, and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain. 

 

Pre/Post-Natal Massage

Whether pregnant for the first time or an experienced mother, massage therapy can be very beneficial during and after pregnancy. As pregnancy progresses, natural bodily adjustments are due to happen, causing pain and discomfort in areas such as, but not limited to, upper and lower back, neck, and hips. Post-natal massage can also help expedite recovery after delivery. In most cases, post-natal massage helps avoid post-partum depression by releasing endorphines naturally produced by the body during massage that leaves the patient feeling relief from pain, muscle soreness/tenion, and allows the patient to feel rested and ready to get back to baby. 

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

A gentle massage technique which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissue back towards the heart, aiding in detoxification and deep relaxation through the parasympathetic nervous system. It can be used to effectively manage forms of lymphoedemia, as a recovery tool post lymph node removal or as a tranquil and restorative massage experience.

Cupping

This is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. This technique helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and well-being. This is also a form of deep tissue massage. Ideal for treating high-blood pressure, migraines, anxiety, depression, rheumatic diseases such as arthritis and fibromyalgia.

Strucural Release Therapy (SRT)

This technique is designed to reprogram jammed neurological signals to and from the brain to stop involuntary muscle contraction. Instantly changes posture, improve joint function, restore range of motion, and dramatically decrease pain in the first treatment.
